Updated data model
------------------

- New model Product to combine multiple Coverages, Browses, and Masks
- New models CollectionType, ProductType, CoverageType, BrowseType, and MaskType to allow grouping of said objects and store meta information.

New render pipeline

- Allowing to specify mask types to either mask in or mask out data.
